Still working with the belt done up however the back is improving a little.

Just 4 lifters in tonight, Mark, Stewart, Forklift & me!
Too many irregular "stay at home" lifters so we will make a loss this week! Probably time we charged a membership fee of some kind! Weighed in at 113.0Kg. Still doing up the belt.

Not a great session but pleased with the 5x4x100 as the time between sets was probably no more than a couple of minutes.

I ran out of steam during the deadlifts as id only eaten 4 slices of toast all day. Left sharpish at around 6:30 as id left the family having a barbecue and I presumed they'd keep me steak or something, however they had stopped cooking and all gone down to the fair by the time I got back so it was just a packet of crackers for dinner! The price of putting the Farm first I guess! Wink Wink Wink

Wednesday 7th.

Five students and 9 powerlifters in tonight, had scrambled eggs for breakfast and pasta for lunch, just as an experiment to see how proper eating affects training. No benching tonight as i'm trying to ease back on the shoulder work. Weighed in at 112.25Kg.

Pleased with these, especially as 234 would not budge on Monday. I thought that i'd done well but Stewart picked up a 285.5PB and made me look lightweight!

Happy with these, still getting used to working with the belt done up and breathing is a real issue!Unhappy

Wednesday 14th.

Not much of a session today, arrived 5 minutes late to find the Farm packed, worse still all the short people seemed to have commandeered the power racks so with the bar set at my waist height their was little chance of working in with them, consequently the planned squat session got binned. Weighed in at 112.05Kg.
did some deadlifts with Handsome James before he disappeared to join Horny James doing a little coaching!!! Roll-Eyes Roll-Eyes Roll-Eyes

Deadlift.

Deadlifts are not in a good place at the moment.

Dumbell snatch.
Lots, both hands, up to 35Kg.

Clean & Strict Press.
Lots in sets of 5 up to 50kg.

Went home squatless so will try to fit them in on Friday.

Be fair i was in pain so the deads had to stop, and the coaching was nicer than dodging the dumbbells you were flinging about!! See you Friday for some squats if the small people haven't stolen all the racks Grin

Friday 16th.

Very busy at the Farm again tonight but I got there early and made camp in trap 2.
Squatting with Average Mark, Horny James and Handsome James. Benching with many!
Good to see Lurkio back under a bar as well tonight.
Weighed in at 112.25Kg.

Just the one disappointment, as the arms turned to jelly on that 5th 100.

A very active night at the Farm saw Frank set a club hex bar PB of 303Kg, Stewart pushed him all the way with a 298Kg PB. Sharn managed a 150Kg squat (at 42Kg BW) which is probably a world lead as the IPF standard is 160 EPF standard is 155 and WEC standard is 147.5 and none have been claimed.

Back at the gym for the first time in over 3 weeks.

Monday 9th June.

Just eleven lifters, no students, two new blokes, I say new, Mark Gregory and Sohrob Aslanbeigi. It's not often you get two new blokes in, especially two that start benching 175Kg!
