Member 3337, 68 posts SQ 212.5, BP 120, DL 250582.5 kgs @ 81kgs UnEq | Yeah I haven't benched much at all this year due to previous and existing shoulder injury like continuously dislocating my shoulder which I have had an operation for. Log doesn't seem to affect it as much as bench, I think it's because you can hold the log with hands facing the other way from Olympic bar. | ||
