upper back not fully released so getting head through on overhead still hard but certainly feel better for last nights manipulation and mobility even though i nearly got my head squashed!

Srtong stuff again mate, pulling that triple on the fatter stiffer bar has to be as hard as 250 on a normal thinner one.

yeah good point mate forgot about. that. plus it was 242x3....Grin
neck was even worse yesterday drove back upto lancaster from knutsford without being able to turn my head to the right.
had to sleep on my back with no pillows woke up 5am and had improved a touch

Thanks lads but no vid this week.
Im happy with the deads considering we squatted first, was hard to get last weeks's 250x3 out of my head though Roll-Eyes

Benching has hit an alltime low.

Im not sure that me benching narrow grip benefits me really as my overhead is shocking too.

Will attempt this weeks squats on friday as monday night was trying to catch up from the previous friday's missed workout

Id been on a course first few days of last two weeks in knutsford and didnt want to miss training. home now
