Member 673, 529 posts SQ 200, BP 110, DL 230540.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | Today @ IS Pretty much just yoke & nothing much else Yoke 140 x30m, 180 x30m, 260 x20m (PB) Not heavy in the grand scheme of things but a yoke PB for me, 260 wasn't fast but no drops & steady enough. Best before was 260 for a stumbling 10m Happy with the progress Picked up 300 & managed about 3 steps lol. Target for June is 320 for 12m Time to train yoke then | ||

Note, cant train yoke & 18's the next day. | ||
