I have an inzer lever belt - the 13mm version. Some think it's a little too thick and use the 10mm one, but I find that too flimsy for my liking. The lever DEFINITELY helps and it's adjustable, and VERY quick to do/undo. You can also get a lever tighter than a buckle.

www.inzernet.com for cheap, or pullum sports for quick delivery

I have the following

Inzer ratchet belt - (good for yoke and very heavy squatting)
A inzer lever belt - all PL movements
A tapered lever belt - really good for DL or loading stuff
A double prong belt - all movements

If your wanting a good all round belt then the double prong is the way to go imo

I've had my Inzer lever belt for the last 10 years and it still looks the same. Great belt.

this is the correct answer.

If you can afford to spend the money with no reservations buy the inzer belt. Like a good weightlifting shoe it's money well spent and will last for years.

I have a zuluglove single prong quick release belt. Its great. Really strong . Only downside is the buckle can get im the way on things like log but for everything else its good. Oh and its blue, which makes it betterGrin

I concur, I have an elitefts single prong belt and it's the best I've had. Previously had a titan lever belt and the only downside to it was it was a pain to adjust as I needed different settings for over my neoprene belt and over a suit.

I got the lever belt from Liftinglarge about a decade ago, still going strong. Love it.

I have never liked lever belts as there is a tendency to over-tighten them in my opinion and I am of the belief that belts should never be tight and only ever be snug. Each to their own however. I like the quick release ones. They are snug and don't have to be tightened to get them off.

I have a similar belt to this, but double prong. The sinple way the buckle releases is a massive convenience but they are bloody hard to get on tight enough.

I cam up up with a solution that works well on double prong. Just loop a shoelace through the outer two holes of the belt and tie it. Then when you want to pull the belt tight, put the shoelace around some hook in the gym, like on a squat rack and lean back to get the belt tight.Works a treat. Makes a cheapo belt just as convenient as a lever belt.

ill just say if you plan on changing weight to a much higher weight class in the future, say 70kg-100kg id go with a single prong in the 100kg class and you can then just drill holes in it to fit...
