Some think it's a little too thick and use the 10mm one, but I find that too flimsy for my liking. The lever DEFINITELY helps and it's adjustable, and VERY quick to do/undo. You can also get a lever tighter than a buckle. www.inzernet.com for cheap, or pullum sports for quick delivery

If you can afford to spend the money with no reservations buy the inzer belt. Like a good weightlifting shoe it's money well spent and will last for years.

I concur, I have an elitefts single prong belt and it's the best I've had. Previously had a titan lever belt and the only downside to it was it was a pain to adjust as I needed different settings for over my neoprene belt and over a suit.

I have never liked lever belts as there is a tendency to over-tighten them in my opinion and I am of the belief that belts should never be tight and only ever be snug. Each to their own however. I like the quick release ones. They are snug and don't have to be tightened to get them off.

The sinple way the buckle releases is a massive convenience but they are bloody hard to get on tight enough. I cam up up with a solution that works well on double prong. Just loop a shoelace through the outer two holes of the belt and tie it. Then when you want to pull the belt tight, put the shoelace around some hook in the gym, like on a squat rack and lean back to get the belt tight.Works a treat. Makes a cheapo belt just as convenient as a lever belt.
