Just f**king dumb.

Not a fan of equipped benching generally, but theres no denying thats a staggering weight to have in the hands at such an age.

Do it then! Find any semi sized kid and get them to bench 295kg.

You will fail........miserably!

put him on peds

the same results

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Dude!

I do agree - I despise bench arch. I'd love to see the whole back forced onto the bench or some kind of changes to it but your comment... c'mon man!! Grin

Even better, get a single-ply suit yourself and show us your 295kg bench.

Agreed, It definitely shouldn't be encouraged, as you mentioned, I think the most impressive aspect of this is the positive reaction on this forum.

Geared lifting is embarrassing and a complete joke

You realize that you just sound bitter. If you have never tried it, that just makes matters worse. I have, and eventually went down the unequipped route, but that was personal choice.

Shirted benching is remarkably difficult, far more difficult than unequipped. As I say, I don't do it anymore, but I can still appreciate the talent and skill of those who do it well.

If you don't like something, you are not compelled to hate it, just ignore it. Live and let live and all that.

Do you think pole vaulters are just talentless, cheating high jumpers ?

So gifted. Fantastic benching.

I've seen far smaller ROMs than that too. In the world of specialised benching, that ROM isn't tiny at all.

very good comparison there was just about to reply with something similar. calling anyone handling that kind of weight embarrassing does make it seem like a bit of jealousy, the only embarrassing thing i see in equipped lifting is dodgy lockouts and hand-offs but that seems to be a usa thing

im not interested in equiped benching
just commenting the 187 press attempt

in terms of good form and flat back on the bench best for him maybe 160 kg
anybody on this mother f**kin planet can bench this on anadrola, halotestin, trenbolona and so on cycle
for a new beginner kid 14-15 yo who benches 60-70 kg first time in the gym needs a year of natural training and one more on massive cycle to achieve this
that stuff on a kid with super high levels of testosterona will explode his power to the sky

Has this kid admitted to taking 'Trenbolona, anadrola and testosterona' or is this just wild speculation - he doesn't look particularly 'on' - just pudgy like any teen carrying a bit of weight.

That's great that you can appreciate it but many cannot, it's almost an alien concept to Joe Bloggs on the street to wrap yourself up in supportive gear to move weights you shouldn't be touching.
It seems to be dying of on it's own for this very reason, nobody cares

Great equipped benching. His raw lift was v impressive for his age.

Good points about arching in the bench. Just like those cheating WLers whom dont muscle clean in a comp Happy
