Hello everyone hope your all fit and well and looking forward to the comp, just a bit of info for you:

Athletes sign in between 10.00 - 10.30am
Athletes meeting 10.45
warm up 15 minutes
Aim to start between 11.15-11.30

We are hoping for a dry day so we can run moving events outside, stones, deadlift and OH will be inside, deads and OH are head to head.

Call out for first event will be random, draw number from a hat before event, then reverse order after that, weight choices may come into play if you are doing light/heavy option, light option goes first but in reverse order, we will try our best to make it as fair as possible.

We have a microwave for tacky

There are full changing rooms and showers available for athletes and toilet facilities

Some refreshments will be available on the day also

Ample free off street parking next door to the gym, POSTCODE FOR SAT NAV IS WF4 5NF, FOLLOW SIGNS FOR GYM FROM MAIN ROAD.

There is plenty of warm up kit and space available for stretching and spreading out, also hoping to have a sports masseuse on site

Dbell and Axle challnges on during the comp too, will give athletes a break and let the crowd see a few more strongman events, the Mighty JP will take on ''Bulmers Bell from Hell'' the new approx 90kg Giant Dbell, Im looking forward to seeing that : )

Hope theres enough info down here, we will have a sign in sheet and will take a bit of info from you to give to the crowd when your called out for the line up.

See you all soon

Gra
