I have pulled out (of my own comp) Member 3211, 839 posts SQ 200, BP 140, DL 270610.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 13.11.2012 @ 19:53 PM by N_Denning Hi All this years winter warmer (Open Weight) at Junction Gym will consist of:This comp will be held indoor! £15 entry (Max 20) £2.50 Spectators, Competitors please send cheques to 1a Field Lane, Ossett, WF5 9DZ Gym Address: The Junction Gym, Unit 1A Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, Horbury, WF4 5NF Event 1: Car Squat Approx 250kg reps 75secs Event 2: Overhead Medley: 115kg Axle + 100kg Barrell + 70kg Dumbell + 80kg Dumbell + 120kg log in any order Event 3: Conans Wheel 275kg 75secs for distance Competition £20 Entry (all proceeds go to Yorkshire Cancer Research) = 239kg Atlas Stone (Atomic Blast Supplements Sponsored Stones) anyone can lift to 48inch wins £300 www.atomicblastsupplements.co.uk Event 4: Deadlift Medley, 270kg Frame, 260kg Axle, 300kg Olympic Bar (Large Wheels 18inch) and 8.5 inch oly bar 250 dead 75 secs in order Event 5: Atlas Stones, 120kg 60inch, 145kg 54inch, 155kg 48inch, 170kg 48inch, 180kg 48inch & 200kg to barrell 20inch ish (Split Timed) Entrants: Dan Tipper (Paid) Dane Taylor (Paid) Reserves: | ||
