Dropped a few lbs whilst I was ill a couple of weeks ago and seem to have stabilised at the lower bodyweight, sitting at about 14st 10lbs - 93Kg this morning. Strength loss is worse than ever, especially on bench, the rest of life in general is easier Happy

Done a lot of cv work over Xmas and New Year, half an hour a day or so, mix of skipping, running and circuits.

No gym work at all for about 3 weeks so very steady tonight. Bodyweight sat around 14st 12lbs (94kg)
