Out and about with the kids a lot over Easter holidays which hasn't done training any favours. I'm not complaining as there's not much I enjoy more, but squats especially have suffered. I've also started doing some fitness training with my lad, not much but enough to reasonably f**k me up a couple of times a week and leave me not at my best for the gym. Anyway, bench going well at least Grin

It's a long time since 250 felt easy Happy, more in the tank on these. Lower back tweaked on the fourth set hindering lockout so I dropped the fifth set, it's already feeling better so should be fine by Monday. Tempted to try 260x5's next week Grin

I think this is some type of volume pb. Dead strength has shot up over the last 6 weeks, heavy x5's once a week with a little speed work has worked wonders.

'Metafit' Roll-Eyes or should I say circuit training with the kids at boxing for half hour. Very hard work in a lack of fitness and conditioning way.
