I'm not complaining as there's not much I enjoy more, but squats especially have suffered. I've also started doing some fitness training with my lad, not much but enough to reasonably f**k me up a couple of times a week and leave me not at my best for the gym. Anyway, bench going well at least | ||

Lower back tweaked on the fourth set hindering lockout so I dropped the fifth set, it's already feeling better so should be fine by Monday. I think this is some type of volume pb. Dead strength has shot up over the last 6 weeks, heavy x5's once a week with a little speed work has worked wonders. I think I'm over the worst of it now so hopefully back on track on Wednesday. | ||
