Good session, feeling s**t but not seeming to effect training much. Knee update, very slight pain in it every once in a while, but most of the time it feels 100% fine, start back squatting January I think.

6 weeks since I've squatted due to knee pain. Strength felt great considering, although the legs were feeling a little jellied by the end. Big doms are on the way.

Had a reasonably big drinking session on New Years Eve, felt just about recovered for training today. Xmas / New Year has been fun, but it's good to start to get back to normal again. Plan for now with squats is just to see how they go, if the knee pain comes back again I'll have to drop them again for a bit :/

Thanks Pete! The beard is coming on well, although the annoyance factor is reasonably high at the moment, so it may go shortly.

I wouldn't blame you, when mine gets to a third of the length of yours it becomes bothersome and has to get clipped back. Never shave but keep the clippers handy would be my advice.

Hope you have a good year on the training front, you should be at the stage where you have considerable experience to draw on but haven't started to fall apart yet. (And shouldn't for some time I hasten to add)

Please remember this - a little bit too little is always a better option that a little bit too much
