It started to hurt just a touch on the top sets, but not as bad as Friday. Was meant to be 220x3's tonight but I think it was wise to lower it a bit. Strength felt good and the top sets felt reasonably easy. Bench 20x20 60x5 100x3 120x1 140x1 160x4 160x4 160x4 160x4 Meant to be x5's. I've been plastering for several hours today though and the right arm was knackered, the 4's were a max. Bench, incline 20x20 60x5 100x3 110x3 110x3 110x3 110x3 All good. Decent enough session, come on knee, heal properly. | ||

Plan is to carry on strengthening the mid press with incline bench, hopefully get another 10kg on it, also start working on lockout strength as this is lacking at the moment. Anderson squats and deads are back on the menu as well, the knee was slightly aggravated tonight but it's less every session. | ||

Anderson squats, high bar 20x5 60x5 100x5 140x3 Belt on 155x8 155x8 155x8 155x8 Tough repping, knackered by the end Normal gym now CGBP 20x20 60x5 100x3 120x1 130x8 130x8 130x8 130x8 Not used to repping at the moment, strength as there but very hard work Bench, incline 20x20 60x5 80x3 95x8 95x7 95x6 Pretty much spent by the time I started these, didn't fail any, just cut the sets short. Deads 60x5 100x3 140x1 180x1 200x8 200x8 200x8 Good sets, kept decent form, fooked by the end. The knee is still giving me slight grief, just enough to piss me off whilst training. It seems to be getting better very slowly. So long as it's not getting worse I'll carry on training. Decent session tonight, although the high reps are kicking my arse | ||

Going to get in some posterior chain / lower back work, anything that doesn't require me to bend my legs much really Good session overall, already feeling better repping on bench. | ||
