Not the outcome you wanted obviously. What's the plan for fronties moving forward? My instinct would be maybe 2 or 3 singles with 122.5kg or 125kg next.

no it wasnt! wasnt really part of the plan - my tp was maxing out his squat so I thought id see what I could do. not much was the answer lol.

it was quite useful though as it really shone a light on the contrast between my strength at the bottom and at the top.

not 100% sure where to go next with it. I only see fronts as a accessory to strongman so putting a focus on it only seems sensible if it pays dividends in my other lifts. question is, is a heavy single gonna help my log as much as say, triples?

not really. I try and do a bit of grip every session - do dl warmups overhand etc. only did oh deads on weds because we squatted first and I dont like deadlifting heavy when ive squatted first.
