still a cock Member 55, 1213 posts SQ 50, BP 25, DL 55130.0 kgs @ 0.1kgs UnEq | truth be told, I just don't know, I personally feel that I'm at my strongest squatting and benching phrase ever, my deadlift is more of a mental issue as eveything was going well but once I started missing a couple of deadlifts here and there, it really messed with your head, I'm bringing it back up though. As always you are only as good as your last comp, and my last comp was s**te, so that is what I'm looking to improve on. | ||

GMs are funny though, there are so many ways of doing them and any pointers on form depends what you seek from them. I see you focus on the hip action, which is what i try to do as well. Personally i go a bit deeper than what it looks like you are doing with the thought in mind that if i tild forwards on squat bottom position strong GM work would help me to stabilise and rescue the lift. So thats why i try to dig the GMs a bit deeper. Also the strong hip movement has carry over to many other lifts and strongman events. is your stance the same as with your squats? Thats what i personally do. | ||
