truth be told, I just don't know, I personally feel that I'm at my strongest squatting and benching phrase ever, my deadlift is more of a mental issue as eveything was going well but once I started missing a couple of deadlifts here and there, it really messed with your head, I'm bringing it back up though. As always you are only as good as your last comp, and my last comp was s**te, so that is what I'm looking to improve on.

carrying an errector strain atm, so kept it safe with some reppers, felt much better after getting some blood flowing.

Trained at a different gym for the squats which was refreshing, weights used could have been a little underestimated as we were using 45lbs plates as 20kgs, no one could be bothered/ or maybe capable of converting the numbers, lol.

Nice and quick sess there, still holding back on the deads atm, because I really want to go hard on the squats, ab wheel was by far the toughest thing I did today, was messing around and holding it at the top for longer than usual, ****ed around and gave myself a nose bleed.

GMs are funny though, there are so many ways of doing them and any pointers on form depends what you seek from them.

I see you focus on the hip action, which is what i try to do as well. Personally i go a bit deeper than what it looks like you are doing with the thought in mind that if i tild forwards on squat bottom position strong GM work would help me to stabilise and rescue the lift. So thats why i try to dig the GMs a bit deeper. Also the strong hip movement has carry over to many other lifts and strongman events.

is your stance the same as with your squats? Thats what i personally do.
