hey mate, I train down at the wood green area in North london, not too far from harrow if you are driving, a closer gym to harrow will be the great genesis gym down at alperton.

Sounds good, I have heard of the genesis gym before. Think it is about a 10 minute drive from where I will be living.

How far would your gym be in the car from Northwick Park?

yes its a 40 I'm using and starting to feeel comfortable in it.
Well ben, I just feel solid at everything at this bodyweight, every now and then I think about dieting because I'm starting to get a little soft round the edges, but this whole temptation to diet is quickly blown out of the window once I get in the gym and see how strong I am at the heavier body weight!!!
