Member 3254, 2485 posts | Are now over and from the looks of it IRAN are going to push for some serious medals going off this showing The had an 85kg lifter who did 172kg snatch and 216kg clean and jerk... 85kg lifter with 172kg and 211kg And super salimi did 206kg and 245kg... You don't see too many snatches above 205kg This championships from the sound of it would have been great to watch... Needless to say for the Chinese lifters who I haven't mentioned! | ||

No it wasn't on Eurosport, maybe it was on Asiasport??? I had a look at the results the other day and right the way through the top totals pretty much pipped the results from the Europeans, although the Euros was missIng quite a few I the best lifters. Eg Yufkin at 85 wasn't there and he is usually good for 175/210+ | ||
