Best of luck guys, i'm in my 2nd week of recovery from a ruptured right bicep, and it isn't much fun! Surgery is not too bad, but only being able to use one arm sucks.

I have started back training legs and 1 arm lifts, but the best advice I have been given by guys that have done it is DO NOT RUSH back. If it tears again they probably won't re-attach it and it will be game over.

Get well soon guys.

Very sorry to hear this. This does seem to be extremely common in Strongman. Maybe it's time to drill down into exactly what causes it and to eliminate or modify some events. Injuries are a part of life but to do what we can to minimize the risks seems sensible
