Thanks Ox, yeah weights aren't too bad at the moment, been taking it slow and deciding what I want to do etc. Think I know now and have a plan so hopefully things should start moving up further...........he says Happy

Standing Strict Press(1 power clean per set)

Not bad, first time I have done these in about 18 months. Must admit though, need better shoulder mobility if I was to do them on a regular basis.

Narrow Grip Pulldown
60kg x 8

80kg x 5
80kg x 5
80kg x 5

Incline DB Bench
22.5kg x 10

31.5kg x 10
31.5kg x 10
31.5kg x 10
These actually felt quite good, usually struggle with inclines, but these were better today

DB Row
31.5kg x 10

40kg x 10
40kg x 10
40kg x 10
Felt solid, problem is next weight in DBs I have is 65, so will just increase the reps on these.

DB Lat Raises
9kg x 10
9kg x 10
Superset with
EZ Curls
25kg x 10
25kg x 10

Not a bad session, was tough though as it was warm and quite airless.
Not ideal doing the 3 sessions without a day off in between, will normally have the day off, but now a long weekend in the lakes after work tomorrow so needed to do the sessions in a row.

Back at it, had a week or so off, glad to be back training again

Deadlift
60kg x 10
100kg x 5
140kg x 3
180kg x 2
200kg x 2
210kg x 2
Not too bad, felt quite good. Bit more there which is promising. Hope to get cose to no straps pb this year, current best sans straps is 247.5!

Front Squat
40kg x 10
60kg x 10
60kg x 10
60kg x 10
Should have possibly increased weight last 2 sets. not by a huge amount but more was there.

Calf Raises
60kg x 10
80kg x 10
80kg x 10

Standing Cable Crunch
22.5kg x 25
22.5kg x 25

Good session all in all. Happy with 210 for 2 on deads with more in the tank. Grin

Looking good mate, I bet you'll get that deadlift goal soon enough. The KB work must have had a positive impact on your grip strength.

Cheers mate, hopefully 250 by year end. That would be nice.

It has had a good impact on grip to be fair, especially the higher rep single arm swings.
