Tbh dude,just something to add in,harder than they sound ...balance etc etc ..

I did it trap bar press against bands a few weeks back,very awkward movement

Quite limited to kit in my garage so Im improvising lol

Iv got DL bar,trap bar,ez bar,axle bar and around 190kg weighs

Have a go dude,just try a lighter weight .... was just a tester last week.....I used to train in a x-fit box so I love the odd WOD after a sesh so the plan is to add this in with a WOD of some sort after my training like.
