To fat and lazy to cut weight so competed at 94.5kg

Max press 120,125,130... dropped to 127 for last lift as I thought I had most confidence lifter ( opened up higher ) !!!! Shared points here !

Deadlift max reps - 270x 4 for a PB

DB reps 70lg - got 4...only needed 1 for second place and which I pushed for 9 as the winner got.....Iv hit 75kg x6 in the past

Squat max reps - 210kg..... calfike I could of got 10 tbh but right quad just ain’t right plus three mental bollax lol

Medley 100kg sack 15m / run back with 140lg sled came last !!!

Over All,3rd place ain’t to bad lol
