Good,sure that you will enjoy it mate and as the thread that you made my reply, Would be.Anything from 1 to 5 reps and you could do assistance work for you lifts, eg bench press=triceps,shoulder.Deadlift=hamstrings,grip.Squats=quads,abs and maybe calfs but I just traing my main lifts,you have many options and I haven't been training for too long so not really the best to give advise but that's my 2 pence worth. | ||
