I usually dont try anything fancy. I have tried creatine few times and to be honest i dont believe got a lot from it. | ||

AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5209 posts | Cheers for the advice guys. Suppose lots of food is the best way to improve. I try to eat every 2-3 hours and as clean as possible. Maybe up the calories a bit. | ||

ZMA can definately help some people with sleep and deficiency in zinc can effect test levels amongst other things so I wouldnt say ZMA was bogus as such. That said a good diet would provide sufficient zinc so food wins over supps either way. | ||
