Decided to completely re-start my squat with a 6x6 approach. I am squatting low bar, wide stance and with flat shoes. Really focussing on spreading the floor as hard as possible and my glutes are sore as f**k Started at 60kgx6x6 adding 2.5kg each session. That was a few weeks ago. Yesterdays training: Squat, low bar, wide stance 20x10,10 70x6,6 97.5x6,6,6,6,6,6 70x5,5,5,5,5 paused DOH deadlifts upto 170x3 150x3,3,3,3,3 Machine rows and pull downs etc. | ||
