Bench Press

62.5x5,5,5,5,5 concentrating on squeezing shoulder blade and pushing the bench not the bar.

4" Defecit Speed Deadlift

150x5

Shoulder Rehab
DB rotations, cable rotations, facepulls and pull aparts x lots and lots

Cable Curls
20,20,20 to get some blood into the elbows.

Average session. Hate training on an empty stomach.

Feel much more powerful using my old stance.

90xf head wasn't in it.

Not a bad session, probably the last heavy session before my comp, maybe do some rack pulls over the weekend.

Deads felt much stronger (more leg drive) with the closer stance, might change back to this for good.
