- injured shoulder.
- 5th at the naturals u90 Southern Qualifier.
- 7th at the naturals u90 BSM.
- dropped a clean on my knee - 1 month in a leg brace.
- armz and shoudaz got stacked whilst legs wasted away. Grin

a bit frustrating all in all, as in between the injuries I was probably in as good a condition as I have ever been.

Got a new job

Organised, hosted and reffed a 53 person strongman comp pretty much single handedly.

Had my knee stitched back together

Ripped my knee apart again

Entered my first powerlifting comp in about three years.

- Played for 'Everton' at Goodison Park and scored.
- Selected for The GBPF Roses Cup Powerlifting Championship.
- Injured my spine badly and stopped training completely.
- Competed in West Mids Divisional and Qualified for British Championships.
- Got Squat, Bench and Deadlift all time PB''s.

My five (ish) lifting points:
1. 119 training sessions logged. About 150 in total, nearly all involving squats.
2. Lost more weight to decrease fatness and increase longevity.
3. Got a bit less damaged.
4. Erm...

1. Got some weird ear aids that f**ked up my balance for the first 6 months of the year
2. Started running, kettlebells and lost some weight
3. Did ok in a local team comp against some beasts
4. Got owned at St Ives
5. Did pretty good against beasts in a local bodyweight for reps comp
