Sugden Barbell Power Belly Diet Service

http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/pics/1175424157.jpg

As part of the continued expansion of SugdenBarbell.co.uk, we have decided, after quite some discussion, that we will begin to offer some commercial services.

The first of these services to be rolled out will be the Sugden Barbell Power Belly Diet ™.

The Sugden Barbell members involved in this service will be Rob (a.k.a. Toothpick) and Joni (a.k.a. Conttttttttttttinue).

Rob has a history of providing high quality power bellys to under performing athletes in record time; he has achieved the feat of adding over 70lbs of pure unadulterated power belly mass in the space of just over one year.

Joni brings to the team several years of experience in power belly bulking, along with expertise in the vegan and vegetarian fields - his excellent all around diet knowledge assures that you will be able to find your perfect bulking diet no matter what food camp you fall into.

How does it work?
Well, firstly, you need to get in touch with either Rob or Joni by private message.

We will then go through an in depth discussion of your current waistline and power belly proportions, discussing which areas to target and how best to go about it.

How much does it cost?
Prices start from £15 for an initial consultation, moving onto £30 for home visits (Manchester and surrounds only). Diet updates cost £10 each.

We hope these low prices will help to convince you to give us a go.

Can I claim a refund?
The Sugden Barbell power belly service has NEVER failed. However, if you are not satisfied with your weight gain then we will issue refunds on an individual basis.

Typically we will look at weight gain success by measuring the number of pairs of jeans that you grow out of.

Book your places now!

Ye i was a pretty tubby one, i will get a pic up. The oblique is being stubborn and isnt healing as fast i would like it to. Im benching but without an arch and at about 60% but doing a nice amount of DE work. Might have ruled out competing this year but i wont let it slow me down, its the long term i am looking at anyway.

Right Rob, you've had your fun. You've used my patented named body part in vain. What have I seen in royalties? Absolutely sweet FA. You had your chance man. Now I'm pissed. As vengence I'm posting up my secrets absolutely free of charge, on your site. never again will you take the food off my table. Genuine readers only to continue.

1. Learn never to be sick. Being sick is a normal bodily function induced by over eating, over drinking and being soft in your approach to recreational drugs. You need to be strong, and embrace that bileous bloating, that excess saliva in the mouth. With practice you will be able to re swallow solids including peas, pastries and that old favourite... the carrot.
Remember - if it goes down, it stays down.
2. Incorporate some horse manure and straw into your diet. This is an old trick taught to me by a brown bear just prior to hibernation. It forms a bung in the rectal area helping you not to poo in your sleep. Just to clear this up, it isnt cool to poo in your sleep nomatter what stories you may hear about famous power bellies owners doing so. Keep the s**t off the sheets.
3. Diet. We're looking for high overall BF before the long term fat will settle on your gut as a permanent appendage. None of this 'every couple of hours' bollox. 7-10,000 cals in as few meals as you can manage without breaking rule 1 & 2. If you lose it from any orafice weigh it and eat the equivalent amount within 4 minutes. Dont rule out Trax/ lard or high fat crisp.

4. Keep it real. Dont get yourself a 3 pepper angus burger with double fries, go super, get 5 sachets of mayo and a wheelie bin full of diet coke. Thats just dumb. You need at least 3 sachets of mayo per super sized fries, and full fat, rot your teeth in 5 minutes, carbonated drink. & at least 3 times as much as you can drink.

Being fat is healthy. Power bellies are the future. We are the next stage in evolution. When the ice age commeth if you aint got reserves, you're just going to freeze yer arse off. The prepared power bellied fat bas***ds will not only inherite the world, but also have to repopulate with all the tasty nympho women who will also survive. Note, ugly women will die out with all the healthy men. I know this to be true. Rob knows it too, but he tried to make a fast buck on the back of the suffering of others. The games up Fat Rob. You should of cut me in.....
