And yeh thinking about it now it was 6 aha your bench looked very strong/explosive considering competing the day before



Kit it's the bar at alterds that looked like a ladder so you can press with a hammer grip feels nice to press with

Your right mate seems to be more about staying injury free than pushing the limits how's things with your back are you still sticking with bench only stuff or il you adding the squat back in ?

Been seeing a chiro who's a powerlifter. He's just got me started on proper box squats, shins bolt upright, hinge at hips and sit back. I think he wants me to slowly build them up to 5x10x100kg and think I should be fixed up at that point. Light sumos too are on the cards. It's going in he right direction, hopefully I'll be back at full strength within a couple of months. Things are starting to look a bit more positive!

He told me i need to do 3x5 on 140, he must think I'm more jacked

Sounds good I'm really focusing on keeping the arch in my lower back at the bottom of the squat seems to be helping a fair bit
