New year new jounrnal and all that bollox

Most guys know me on here but for those who don't I compete in the gbpf I'd did some pretty cool stuff as a junior but now it's time to really up my game as I go into the 120 senior class

Training is going to be pretty light for the forseable future due to me wanting to get my body fat right down just to prove to myself I can do it

How can you up your game but train light Milsey?

I always liked to see you squatting, pulling and benching big, f**k that s**t mate just keep doing what you have been but scale the food intake and cals back? pro/fat then just timed carbs around training? Macca is always worth asking with regards to that approach.

Can see what your seeing mate but wanna get in a good routine before the heavy training comes and throws me out if I nail the diet

Plan is get to 16% bodyfat or around 114kg body wieght and aee what body fat i am at then pack on as much lean mass as I can speed the metabolism up with the lean mass i have added then start eating more kals get to 116 hit 300/200/300 they to a full 124 for the british drop the 4 kg for wiegh in re hydrate to 124 and try hit 320/210/310

Got almost 10 months to train for this one comp might as well start at the bottom and build it up

So shocking at overhead now shaking light a s**tting dog with 60kg last time I trained over head I was 105 and putting up 120+ most sessions ...not good

Pretty poor session just struggling to get my head into the weights I find it hard to focus on different aspects of lifting at the same time all I think about is my diet at the momment so heads not really in the weights

Nice training Milsy.

I was never sure overhead had the carry over to the bench that everyone believes it does. Or that could just be because I hate training it.
