Luke and jay won't mind me saying that both have quite small hands n thick fingers which is not great for grip. | ||

Member 583, 86 posts | well run comp,all went smooth no long delays. was a very good standard of competitors,the standard is getting better all the time.made me realise ive got to train a lot harder than i have been,you dont get anywhere without putting in the hard work. the axle deadlift felt a lot heavier than i expected and those sandbags were horrible,i had a little tantrum when i only managed 2.my pressing is crap so i was happy with axle and dumbell and i was happy with my frame hold. well done to will and everybody involved in running the comp and well done to everybody who competed,all the best boys. | ||
