 conventional all the way ! Member 1980, 1201 posts SQ 217.5, BP 137.5, DL 255610.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | I have a set of their suspension straps - they are brilliant, great quality - only had them a few months so far. Cant comment against other stuff - first set of straps like it. | ||

Member 1887, 29 posts SQ 195, BP 155, DL 250600.0 kgs @ 99.4kgs UnEq | Cheers Adam, are the suspension straps another word for ab straps, where you attach the straps to a overhead bar and place your arms into them, so the strap is resting on your upper arms, so you can do leg raises etc? | ||

I use them for suspended GMs, Anderson Squats - also as catchers on squats/ bench etc I got them from Spud Inc and shipped them with a few other things I was getting from the US at the time. | ||
