Hi,

Does anybody use any kit made by Spud Inc? such as straps, dip belts, ad straps?

If so is it any good? is it better than other brands kit? any feedback would be great.

Cheers!

I have a set of their suspension straps - they are brilliant, great quality - only had them a few months so far.

Cant comment against other stuff - first set of straps like it.

Cheers Adam, are the suspension straps another word for ab straps, where you attach the straps to a overhead bar and place your arms into them, so the strap is resting on your upper arms, so you can do leg raises etc?

I use them for suspended GMs, Anderson Squats - also as catchers on squats/ bench etc

I got them from Spud Inc and shipped them with a few other things I was getting from the US at the time.

Cool, I never knew what they were called, but have been interested in getting them for the gym for a while.

If there are any UK stockists I would be interested in getting some.
