An amazing human being Member 2047, 17156 posts SQ 262.5, BP 170, DL 300 732.5 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq	Well what I've been taught to do is: wrap your forearms with duct tape - make sure it fairly tight get some tacky out of pot and just put it on forearms and hands (pretty sure this stuff doesn't need micrwaving) hope that helps

My first try with spider tack didn't go well, and I thought it was rubbish, but when i tried it on stones what were not cold, wet and filthy it was great

Spider tacky is probably the easiest stuff I've used to get off. The light stuff is perfect in cold weather as its a bit more pliable but anything over about 10 degrees (??? ie. warm?) the competition stuff comes into its own and is sticky as f**k!
