old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | There are many factors which could affect your row. I could list them, I think I have in my log. Training consistently in the wrong HR range will be close to the top. Rowing smarter is key. PS I struggled too today. | ||

There was no chance of that happening in the final rep even though I did try to sprint for the last minute. I bet my HR wasn’t too far off where it should have been in the final rep actually. The heat definitely didn’t help, but my frequency of rowing hasn’t been high enough recently. I need to sort that out. And get a HR monitor... | ||
