Thanks.

I was fine. Could have gone at a faster pace if need be or gone on for a bit longer (but I would prefer not to).

I think doing this at UT1 pace would be a serious challenge one day in the future.

If you were using HR I reckon at least half of that 60mins would of been at UT1, nonetheless its a great effort of concentration and will power to knock out 60mins under 2.

Do you have the best of boybands on a loop to row to?

You could be right - you are certainly far more experienced with this than me. Without wanting to sound cocky, it really wasn't that hard though. I think the SR says it all - like you just said in your journal, I only needed to pull 21 so shows it was fairly comfy.

I listen to Premier League Fantasy Football podcasts usually - it's very addictive and I'm very competitive with it, so I like to know what's what with it so I can beat my friends and family into oblivion. It's very satisfying but quite stressful too.

some of the lads at work do the fantasy football , i quite fancy a go - is it picking weekly results or do you choose a team at the start of the season and get points on performance ?

with your glorious dungeon being attached to the house , you will no doublt be keen to take part in the next virtual races whenever they may come around , you are in the most popular age / weight group though

You pick a team and each individual player scores points. You make transfers every week if you want to build the strongest team possible with the best fixtures. It's fantastic when you do well and very frustrating when you don't. Just a bit of fun though, but it gives immense pleasure when everyone chalks it down to luck, yet I've won our family mini league (you can join as many leagues as you like) for the last 3 three years and am well on top this year. Just down to listening to people who know stuff.

The new mini-dungeon is not as fantastic as the old proper dungeon was, especially as this new camping trailer I've bought takes up nearly half of the garage, but it's plenty big enough for me to do my rowing and weights, which suits me fine. I'll definitely look to compete in the future, even if it is virtually. Maybe one day I'll pop my erg in the boot and head over to Leyland for a head to head.

Seat pad has arrived. Not sure whether I'll need it or not on 4 x 12 mins?
