55 degrees CG incline bench press (looked about 80 degrees to the naked eye!!!)

Successful end to a training block that has added 10kg to my squat, 15kg to my bench and 10kg to my deadlift to move my total from 490kg to 525kg.

Time to run it through again and hopefully get close to 550kg total in 12 weeks (180kg squat, 140kg bench and 230kg deadlift are the goals).

I also want to get my log up from ~100kg to ~110kg and keep up the event training.
