Ha ha! I can definitely say with 100% certainty that I will NOT be doing the 105s north qualifier. I just happened to train frame and yoke because JC was doing them.

Monday

Bench Press

Wide grip chin-up

Squat - high bar
145kg x 4,4,4,4

COC
#1 x 10, 10, 10 each arm
Then 20 clickers plus short hold LH, and 50 clickers plus short hold right hand

Luke - me and JC we池e watching some lads attempt 200kg farmers last week and we feared for their feet safety. Did your toe ever recover after being squashed at SV gym? Grin

To this day I can't bend it and struggle with Lunges and truck pull!s!
