Cheers Robbo. Things are heading in the right direction. It’s just frustrating being so far off from where I want to be. I know that consistency is key though, so it’s only a matter of time before I’ll be back to PB level (it’s been a good few years now...).

Yes I do like it Billy, but I prefer going to a (proper) gym and lifting with good training partners.
