Sort of - I havenít posted for over 18 months but Iím back now. Hopefully this place can start to grow again and get back to something like what it was...

Cheers Robbo. I donít want to think about how far to go Iíve got, but Iím just trying to focus on the here and now - one step at a time.

I used to love the banter on here. As you say, hopefully it can pick back up again.

Not really chasing anything mate - just trying to get some consistent training in. Iíd take 170, 115, 210 ish and then start another build up. Itís not the Russian routine though there are many similarities.
