Very, Gary. From enquiries I made, there's some leeway if your form is in the post, but otherwise it's strictly enforced. I think it's to do with making yourself available for ooc testing prior to the British. BWLA is similar in a way if you think about it, only there you have to qualify at least 8 weeks ahead of the event, so it's two months membership in effect. | ||

Member 261, 34 posts | I joined the BDFPA on or about the 10th May. I qualified at the West Mids single lifts on 17th May. The Finals are on 26/27 July. I make that about eleven weeks from joining until the finals. I've also been a BWLA member for years and compete up to eight times a year so have been available for testing on a regular basis. I'd be a bit disapointed if I miss out on an invite to Bradford Any idea when invites are being sent out ?? | ||
