I've just found out the events for Wales strongest man u105kg, which is also a qualifier for britains strongest man.
In the competition there's a 105kg log clean and press for reps and 240kg axle deadlift for reps.
At the moment my log max is 105kg and deadlift is 250kg, so in 15 weeks i'd want to be able to rep these weights. Therefore i'l probably run it at around 4-5% just to try and hit these goals.
I'm also going to add speed yokes to my 5/3/1 program, as this is in the competition too, and add weight gradually for the program length. Then hopefully at the end of the program a 300kg yoke won't feel too heavy.

15 weeks, no problem. I wouldn't be shocked if you get a spot in the Brits mate.

Punchbag x 1 min

Completed two of these circuits. Going to build this up every week.
