sweeneyg | ![]() | Shoulder pain on the bench | 09-05-2011 @ 18:33 |
Member 2405, 37 posts SQ 180, BP 100, DL 195475.0 kgs @ 76kgs UnEq | For months now, whenever I bench, I get quite bad shoulder joint pain, bad enough that I struggle to lift my arm above my head, as far as I can gather it's delts that's the cause, some delts are stronger than the others pulling the rotator cuff out of place, but I'm not sure which ones to build up, front or rear, I'm only guessing rear, anyone one else suffer with this or can anyone shed some light on it? Cheers | ||
