Some from the seated frame. Some that are cleaned and then seated presses etc... Some cleaned and standing strict-presses etc The more strict presses you get in, the better the presser you'll become IMO | ||

I wouldn't fancy dumping the weight the way you do it. Possible sore knees etc. | ||

Takes all leg drive out of it, and if you press without the back up on a bench, it works your core too (although this will reduce the weight you can press etc) I'd say a good mix of seated pressing and standing pressing (strict) will give you best overall workout for shoulders and best for gaining strength | ||
