Seated shoulder press (bar) 40 x 10 40 x 10 50 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 3 90 x 3 100 x 1 60 x 12 70 x 8 60 x 12 70 x 8 First time doing seated and could really feel it right at the top of my triceps which I don't normally get, so thumbs up Ab roll outs & pull ups 10 10 10 10 Leg press - still suffering with a slight quad niggle so just light pump 100 x 10 x 10 Lay on bench relaxing x 15 mins | ||
