Fun little session with a friend at a gym today. Nothing specific just a Sunday chill

Warmed up with some light dumbbells

Flat bench
60 x 10
100 x 5
120 x 3
130 x 1
140 x 1
150 x 1
100 x 5 paused
He managed a 170 PB which was nice.

Standing dumbbell press
12kg through to 24kg in 2kg jumps x 10 reps

Bent over rows
5x10

Dumbbell burpees
20 kg through to 40kg in 2kg jumps x 10 reps

Leg raises and used one of those roll out wheel things for your core

Fun fun.

Might have a comp next Saturday

How’s it going? Hope all is well! Give me 5 yo! Legs always need tortured! Old man legs wobble. Although at a power meet 700 pound squat this dudes legs rattled to the point that I could not look but it worked he made it how ???
