That there's a lot of squatting lol. What was the thinking behind the structure of this session buddy? The reason I ask is because it's quite different from what you've doing the last wee while.

Actually I thought it would as well...but i was as fresh as a daisy...could've gone on....fresher than normal, think would have been good for easy doubles with 180kg to depth, just taking it a bit more conservative to begin with, volume will be going up over next few weeks though once I'm conditioned. When are you coming back?

It will be very interesting to see how this approach works out for you, do you intend on increasing the frequency you perform the major lifts?

your squatting is pretty impressive just now ross with the ammount of volume you put in. im gonae try a squat sesh tomorrow again it will be my 2nd attempt in 4mnths should be funHappy lets hope the legs can handle it

Thanks, it's only the begginning, I expect top smoke my previous unequipped squat by a fair bit this time. Hope my legs will hadle the new plan too. Going to try this approach to bench tomorrow, will finish with shoulder girdle assistance.

First week of Bulgarian training after deloading off Russian style training, legs still bit sore from tues, chest/delts sore today from Thurs and back already fried so know it will be sore a couple of days...hope my body will begin to adapt, next week back to squats already, will need to try to either push the number of max attempts or try a new one.

Thanks...been a while doing 280k, but happy I was wable to repeat another single at this weight same session, got plenty of time you're right!
