Cleverer than YOU Member 1228, 1046 posts | Thurs 22/02/12 45 min session Standing presses: 2x5x65kg, 4x5x75kg, 1x10x50kg Pullups: 3x8 I mistakenly thought the bar for overheads was standard 20kg however it was same length bar but thicker was 25kg bar as what I thought was 60 felt heavier than normal. | ||

Sounds good buddy, it has obviously paid off massively. I like this training philosophy a lot, it's what I do now too and it has worked brilliantly thus bar. | ||
