Anyone got any real experience on this? If they are worth giving a go then I need to find a gym with one which will be a task in itself as they seem quite rare. | ||

Expensive luxury like the ghr machine and not necessary to get a beastly strong back - but they will work. As for curing back issues - they are a complex thing, some will be benefit to the extension and opening up of the intervertebral spaces that the reverse hyper does others it may aggravate. | ||
