Maybe at some point in the far future, an advanced alien species will discover our DNA map thingy on the moon, debate ressurecting us, then massively regret it when they get bottled for nowt by some drunk prick chucking plastic garden furniture about Marseille train station.

Absolutely quality post! Grin

Snakeskin belts, crocodile skin shoes and bags, moleskin coats. We can select what we would want, then try to bring that back to life. Wolly mammoth coats and duvets, anybody?

Could have a lot more exotic meats. I'd like to try a dodo.

Haha this is the first thing that came to mind. :-)

If we killed it off, maybe it would make sense for us to bring it back, but if it became extinct through natural selection and nature of predators and what not then there is probably a good reason for it in the food chain and evolution so leave it alone

That suggests we are beyond nature and evolution. Which we are not. If we killed of a species that is as much natural selection as any other mechanism.

Yep. There is a lot of ignorance out there on this point, as if we as humans are somehow a special case.
