Cheers mate those sprints were awful! Got down to 1:16 for a split second and nearly came off the seat!

honestly Robbo, I wish i could enjoy some bodybuilding , but my back seems to have become a problem !! I need to sort it and work on my gunz

but for me, rowing is a keeper
