I'll try using stock cubes then. Crumble oxo cubes into it? I used to put in tesco beef stock, it's like runny stock that you just pour in but a pot is quite expensive.

Taking some getting used to the clean grip

Pretty much yeah! Onluy I prefer the knorr cubes. I also When I make a batch of rice in the rice cooker I put about 4 of those bad boys in. Way better than plain rice!

It's hard to say about results because I'm also tracking and in a moderate calorie surplus and doing loads of bopdybuilding stuff so those things probably help too but I am definitely more jacked than I've ever been without being fat.

I definitely think its better than eating a vegan diet though or whatever it is all the instagram people are doing now.

I'll start crumbling a few into my rice then for added saltiness. I usually add about 1.5g of salt to each beef serving and have ruined many a meal by adding too much in! Beef and rice is the future (with the daily potato thrown in)

About the diet - I think it’s great that you’ve found something that you believe in and can stick to. That’s 99% of the battle.

I’ve not looked at comps yet. I need to get a decent run of. Few months training in first and then I’ll keep an eye out.
