Cheers millsy, it's coming back after the bicep tear now Don't do any boxing stuff although I'm wanting to do some padwork stuff again as I love the fitness and generally a good stress buster! As for cardio, I don't do any other than weights fast, time limits, sets rests and looking to do some more of the German body composition stuff going forward I follow the vertical diet that Stan efferding has and in that there is the 10 min walks which I do as and when I can after meals. Never been so lean currently and very happy with the results over the last 4 months! | ||
